From our family to yours

All deliveries are sent by courier (Royal Mail 48h Signed For or Parcelforce Tracked 48h for larger orders)

  • Standard UK Delivery £5.99 / Free Delivery on all orders at £50 and over 

  • We are not responsible for the delays of third-party services. 

  • At our checkout page, you'll be prompted to fill out your email address before proceeding to delivery. Once completed, you'll be able to select your delivery option.  

Due to Royal Mail operational changes down here in Cornwall and recent price increases we are not currently having mail collected from the distillery and take your orders to our nearest Royal Mail delivery depot in Wadebridge. This means all mail will be shipped between Monday and Thursday. From Friday to Sunday when we juggle gin and kids (literally), no mail will be shipped from the distillery, please take this into consideration when placing your order. We thank you for your patience and understanding regarding this.  

 

Please note: While we aim to have your order with you in 5 working days, we are a small team and during busy periods, our delivery time can be longer. Please ensure to order in plenty of time and please do not hesitate to contact a member of our team if your order is required urgently. 
 

Using Royal Mail as our chosen method of delivery means we are taking advantage of existing distribution routes, and this enables our shipments to leave only a small carbon footprint throughout their journey from us to you.  

 

 

RETURNS & REFUNDS  

 

  • You may report an order to us if it is an unsatisfactory condition, be it opened, broken, torn or wrongly measured. 

  • Please supply photographic evidence.
