SPRING CITRUS

In the spring of 2021, we released our Spring Citrus, distilled with the additional juices of our oranges and lemons that would usually be left over. The result was a subtly zesty gin with hints of delicate, fresh citrus and an inviting golden hue.
TASTING NOTES
AROMA
Similar to our Classic Dry Gin with the gentle addition of fresh morning orange and lemon juice.
TASTE
Zesty citrus peel, juniper, lemon verbena.
Fresh lime juice, limes, mint sprigs.
Premium soda water or lemonade.
In a deep glass, add 25ml of freshly squeezed lime juice followed by a few mint leaves. Muddle together until combined, then add 50ml of Elemental Spring Citrus Gin. Add ice, lime wedges, and mint sprigs. Top with premium soda water (or lemonade if you like it sweet!). Garnish with a final lime wedge and give it a light stir. Enjoy!
