CORNISH COLLINS
INGREDIENTS:
25ml fresh Pink Grapefruit juice.
15ml Lemon cordial.
120ml Premium dry tonic.
METHOD:
Fill a highball glass with ice, add 50ml of Elemental Cornish Classic Gin, 25ml of fresh Pink Grapefruit juice, 15ml Lemon cordial (we enjoy Cornish Country Cordials), then top with 120ml of Premium dry tonic (we enjoy Sea Buck Dry). Garnish with lemon and pink grapefruit slices.
