RASPBERRY GIN SOUR
INGREDIENTS:
50ml Elemental Raspberry Gin.
25ml fresh Lemon juice.
25ml sugar syrup.
1 egg white.
Blackberry tonic.
METHOD:
In a shaker, add 50ml of Elemental Cornish Classic Gin, 25ml of fresh Lemon juice, 25ml sugar syrup, and 1 egg white. Shake this without ice first, then add ice and shake again. Strain into an empty but chilled rocks glass, then top with a berry-forward tonic (we enjoy Sea Buck Blackberry & Honey). Garnish with a raspberry and some mint leaf.
