ELEMENTAL GIN MARTINI

INGREDIENTS:

• 75ml Elemental Cornish Classic Gin.

• 15ml Dry Vermouth (we enjoy Knightor).

METHOD:

In a mixing jug, add all ingredients with ice. Stir thoroughly. Strain into a chilled martini or coupe glass. Garnish with lemon rind.
