RASPBERRY GIN FIZZ

INGREDIENTS:

  • 25ml Elemental Raspberry Gin.

  • 25ml Pink Grapefruit Cordial.

  • Sparkling White Wine or Prosecco.

METHOD:

In a stemmed glass, add ice, Elemental Raspberry Gin, and Pink Grapefruit Cordial (we enjoy Cornish Country Cordials). Top with sparkling white wine (we enjoy Knightor). Garnish with an orange slice and some raspberries.
