Fill a highball glass with ice, add Elemental Apple Gin and Lime & Ginger Cordial (we enjoy Cornish Country Cordials). Top with Cucumber-forward tonic (we enjoy Sea Buck Cucumber & Mint). Garnish with mint, lime & apple.
